Council Member

(Squad Leader)

They are appointed by the GxM Council.

Criteria: leadership, integrity, intelligence, loyalty and respect.

The council is responsible for making rules and enforcing them. They are responsible for forming allies and dealing with the blacklist and ban list. They can promote captains and forming new squads. They can also demote and destroy and or replace teams. They have the privilege to edit the clan website. They as well have the same responsibility as a Captain.

Captain

(Squad Leader)

They are appointed by the GxM Council.

Criteria: leadership, skill, activity, integrity and competitiveness.

The captain is responsible for one squad, this includes holding practices, forming strategies and picking clan colors. He is responsible for picking his roster including Co-Captain, Starters and Substitutes. He is also responsible for setting up matches and reporting wins and losses. He is also responsible for recording statistics and making roster transactions if need be. They may recruit someone onto their team or into the clan as a free agent.

They are appointed by the captain.

Criteria: same as captain

He is the Captains right hand man. He is responsible for covering the captain when he is unable to show up for a match, report a match, set up a match and any other captain responsibilities. He can also recruit players into the clan as free-agents.

Starter

They are appointed by captain.

Criteria: skill, teamwork, communication, activity, reliability.

They are the starters of the team and are responsible for showing up for practices, scheduled matches and any other organized meetings within their squad. They must follow their captains commands and or give opinions for strategies in order to be as successful as possible. They are able to collect point values in wins.

Substitute

They are appointed by the captain.

Criteria: same as starter.

Same as starter. They are unable to collect point values for themselves in wins.

Free Agent

They are recruited into the clan.

Criteria: must be skilled, active and love MLG.

They are responsible for finding a squad in the clan. Through tryouts, interviews and any other methods for evaluating them as a player. You are appointed by the captain as either a sub or starter.
