We have recently revamped and have made significant changes to our clan concepts, goals and framework.Our clans or what was recently known as our companies now have become what are called a conference or division. And in these conferences or divisions, it will consist of multiple squads lead by their squad leaders or captain. You can thnk each squad as a seperate clan or company in the sense that each is independent of one another and are responsible for their own squads. Each squad will be a team roster consisting on 4 starters and up to 2 substitutes. All members of the clan that are not on a team will be called a Free Agent who can tryout or sign onto any team (more details to come).

To start off our new clan we will start by selecting 8 squad leaders in GxM and the people will be selecting on the criteria of leadership, clan activity, skill and attitude. Then when we get to a point where we feel there are enough members in the clan we will do a draft. There will be 2 rounds in the draft where the squad leaders will select their team roster. Then we will give the squad leaders time to go and tryout and pickup their fourth member and if needed substitutes as well.

 When the team rosters are all made and are officialized by the squad leaders they will be recorded and put on the website. Each week squads will have one official match with another squad either in GxM or in our ally clan NWG. Squad leaders from each opposing team will be responsible for setting up the matches and confirming wins and losses. Each match will consist of a best of 3 match with the gametypes TBA weekly. The season will continue until every squad plays every other team including the ones in NWG.

Each game win will give the winning team 1 point regardless of match win or loss. so for example, if team A defeats team B in a 2-1 match, team A will have 2 points and team B will have 1.  In the end of the season all the points will add up and will determine for seading in the playoff bracket (all teams will make the playoffs)
